There are two types of business attributes, including objective attributes and subjective attributes. You can control the objective attributes as these are the ones that you have to define. However, you cannot control the subjective attributes as the users define these.

Adding attributes in Google Bussiness Page is a very easy process. In just three steps, you can add the attributes of your choice.

Using a Computer

Step 1: Sign-in to GMB Account

The first step is to navigate to the website and sign-in to your Google My Business account by entering your credentials. You need to open the location you want to add the attributes to if you have multiple locations.

Step 2: Click “Info”

When you sign-in to your GMB account, you need to navigate to the left-hand column on the screen. You will come across an option “info” in this column. When you see it, click it to proceed further.

Step 3: Navigate to “Add Attributes”

In the “info” section, you will see the section titled “add attributes.” Right beside this title, you will see an option to edit. You can search the attribute you want or choose from the options available. Once you are done, you can click on “apply.”

Using Android Smartphone

Step 1: Open the App

When using your Android smartphone to add attributes to your Google My Business page, you will have to download the app on your phone. Open the app on your phone once you have downloaded in, sign-in to proceed further.

Step 2: Choose “Profile”

At the bottom of your screen, you will see the option “profile”, tap on this option and then choose the “edit” option.

Step 3: Find “Add Attributes”

Finally, you can tap on the “edit” option that is present beside the “add attributes” option. Once you selected all the attributes, you can click on “apply.”

By adding attributes to your GMB page, you prepare your business page to appear in specific searches. It will increase the chances of your business being visible to the relevant audience.
